2. Form of model:
With signature seller proves that he understand rules of agreement and approve them. With
signature seller assure that persons performing in video (model) is over 18 years old (this
is absolute condition for making common agreement). When X-Virgin.org Production has
paid fee for account of seller, X-Virgin.org Production can use video for their own purposes
in different medias. Agreement can not be cancelled or changed when fee for seller has
been paid.
Seller`s assurance: "I assure that I have all rights to sell video. I have myself filmed it. Or
those persons or one person who have/has filmed it, have transformed ownership of video
for me. I have permission of models (persons performing in video) to sell video. When
X-Virgin.org Production have sent fee for me,
X-Virgin.org Production can use video in their own purposes in
different medias (for example Internet) in different ways. I quarantee that content of video is
ok with law of Finland. In addition I can still use video for my own private purposes (for example watching it). Besides I can sell it to any other byuer."

With my signature I quarantee, that model/models is/are adults and every information in form of model is correct.

Seller must himself inform fee to tax office.

We don´t give any information to any third party.
